Central close to the Gautrain station?
An
investors paradise! Centurion Central, comprises Die Hoewes, Zwartkop, Lyttelton, Hennopspark and Bronberrik, in the central part of Centurion. Accessibility to
shops, schools, large employers, and the central CBD is a major advantage of this
area. It is
also close to Momentum's Head Office, as well as the Outsurance Call Centre
and the Centurion Mall, all within walking distance. Future growth
potential in this area in the next few years is set to outstrip areas that
are further away from the Gautrain station. Properties available in this

distance of the Gautain Station. The Gautain has been operational

Wierda Road and Trichardt Avenue (M10) to the North by Doringkloof to
the South, Lyttelton Manor to the East, and Centurion CBD/Zwartkop/Ben
Schoeman Freeway (N1) to the West. The majority of properties in Die
Hoewes are sectional title townhouses and apartments. Die Hoewes is
preferred for its convenient location to the Centurion CBD, variety of
dwellings, tranquil environment and the fact that there is very little
building activity in the area. Shopping Centres in the immediate
vicinity include the Centurion Mall, Doringkloof Mall, Lyttelton Centre,
Southdowns Mall, Eco Boulevard Shopping Centre and the Centurion
Crescent Centre. Close by is the Supersport Park complex where cricket
is played.
